Danial Dorran, a successful business owner in commercial construction, spent years managing large-scale projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. He understood how complex and time-consuming construction could be, especially when homeowners were left to coordinate designers, engineers, and contractors on their own.

David Anderson, a craftsman known for creating custom furniture and small structures, brought a deep appreciation for design, detail, and the homeowner experience. He saw how frustrating it could be for people who wanted to improve their homes but didn’t know where to begin.

Together, they realized that homeowners needed something different: a clear, guided path to creating backyard homes that add value, flexibility, and income without the stress.
